A Morning Prayer

Lord, may nothing separate us from You today. Teach us Lord how to choose only your way so each step will lead us closer to You.

Lord help us walk by your Word and not our feelings. Help us to keep our hearts pure and undivided. Protect us from our own careless thoughts, words we speak, and our actions.

Father keep us from being distracted by our wants, desires, thoughts on how things should be and help us oh Lord to embrace what comes our way as an opportunity, rather than a personal inconvenience.

Lord as we go through the morning, if we are wrong, right us, if we are lost guide us, if we start giving up, keep us going.

Lord be our guide though out the day, teach us to be obedient to your Word.
